I am from Marion, its a small town in South Carolina. I would say ever since I was a little girl music was always a thing in our family. With Cook-outs, Holdiays, and clean-up sundays i knew music was what i cherished on a deep level, it scratched my brain in just the right way lol. To add, my mother was a great singer I would hear stories from my grandma about her so I decided to discover what was always hidden in myself.
What’s your full name or the story behind your artist name, Inngieso?
The story behind inngieso is pretty simple. My Initials are NG so originally it was gonna be inngieisolate (NGisolate) isolate as in isolation but then I decided to make it shorter. I stepped outside myself and realized people don’t wanna spend their time typing out a long name when searching for someone so I decided inngieso (NGso) fit well.
When did you start making music, and what inspired you to pursue it?
Originally I started off with writing poetry and I figured what would happen if I add some beat behind it. And it kinda just started when I was 14 posting videos on instagram of me rapping…I wasnt singing then. My main inspiration to pursue was my family. I remember my auntie telling me im gonna meet some big people I just have to keep going. As well as family, they never doubted me and always lifted me up with hope and encouragement.
How would you describe your sound or musical style?
I would describe my musical style as euphoria as a sound. Im not sure how else to explain it.
What themes or messages do you explore in your music?
The type of things I explore in my music is individualism, overcoming struggles, and self reflection. I put my life on a beat.
Have you released any projects or singles? If so, what are some highlights?
Ya! I have 1 album out currently titled “Low Light Confessions”. this album contains the real, raw, and emotional side of relations. A highlight I would name is the song "Look Around".
Who are your musical influences or heroes?
I would say one of my musical influences is definitely young thug. Ive been listening to him for as long as I can remember. I remember listening to his flow and lyrics thinking to myself if he can make his own lane I know I can.
What’s been a big milestone or a proud moment in your career so far?
I would say my proudest moment in my career to date was the listening party for the “Low Light Confessions” album . It was my first ever listening party and I had all my friends present and also my supporters on my instagram live. It was overall a great event, everyone came an showed they ass for me and I loved every bit!
What’s next for you—any upcoming projects, tours, or collaborations?
As of 2026, I started posting on a daily so im def gonna be promoting new music as well as my album. I have features in the vault that will come out sooner than later. Regarding tours n such I haven't made it that big yet lol but we not gonna lose hope ova this way!
Is there a personal mantra or philosophy you live by or a unique story you’d like fans to know about you?
Of course, I like to live by “Authenticity Over Approval”. For so long I was being forced to fit into this box when in reality I fit in a squiggly circle. I am learning things about myself on a daily as well as being comfortable with being ME and not being someone else because it makes others happy. I have this alias i created just for that by the name of “Nae’th”. My family call me NaeNae and the “th” is there because like 4th, 5th, 6th they all have a order and certain place. As with Nae’th i am in my own place and don’t wanna be another “number”. I like to encourage others to do the same.
